Directions

From Nicholasville

Take Union Mill Road (KY-169) to East Hickman Road. Follow East Hickman until it ends at Tates Creek. Turn right onto Tates Creek, then almost immediately left into the East Hickman parking lot.

From Lexington

Take Man O' War Blvd. to Tates Creek Road. Turn South on Tates Creek Road and follow Tates Creek approximately 4 miles. East Hickman will be on your left.

Where To Go

Once you arrive at East Hickman, you will find Visitor Parking clearly marked near the Sanctuary. You will find Greeters outside the doors of the Sanctuary. We also have a Welcome Center in the Educational Bulding, located at the top of the steps at the back of the Sanctuary.
