East Hickman Baptist Church has many programs and ministries in which you can serve God through love, song, prayer, praise, and discussion. Please visit us to take part in any of our programs and activities. Below is a list of the weekly programs in which you can take part at East Hickman.
Small Group Bible Study
Sundays, 10:00 AM
Small Group Bible Study (Sunday School) is the foundational strategy in a local church for leading people to faith in the LORD Jesus Christ and for building on-mission Christians through open Bible study, fellowship, and worship.
Preschool Classes: Newborn to 1 Year-old, 2 Year-old, 3 to 5 Year-old
Children's Classes: Grades K - 1, Grades 2 - 3, Grades 4 - 5
Youth Classes: Middle School, High School
Adult Classes: Co-Ed, Ladies, Men, Auditorium
Sunday Morning Worship
Sundays, 11:00 AM
Every week is the opportunity to worship Jesus through prayer, song, and teaching. Familiy Prayer Time offers you the chance to set your heart right with God prior to worship. During Sunday Morning Worship, you can praise the LORD with the classic hymns you know and love, in addition to contemporary Christian music. At the end of each service an invitation is offered for you to accept the LORD Jesus Christ as your Savior. DVDs of every morning service are made available. Nursery is available for children aged 5 and below.
Children's Church
Sundays, 11:00 AM
Children's Church provides children through 5th grade an opportunity to worship the LORD and hear God's Word through activites specially designed for children.
Sunday Evening Services
Sundays, 6:30 PM
Adults: Topical and Discipleship Studies held in the Sanctuary.
Youth: Youth Fuzion held in the Youth Room.
Children (Grades 1-5): TeamKID held in West Hall.
Ele-Mid Choir
Sundays, Prior to Evening Services
For Children Grades K - 8. The Ele-Mid Choir performs cantatas during the Christmas season and in the spring or summer. A snack supper is served for participating children.
Praise and Prayer
Wednesdays, 6:30 PM
Adults meet in West Hall for praise and worship with about ten minutes of teaching. The majority of this time is spent in prayer as we commune with God, praising him, seeking His will, and interceding for those who are lost and in need.
Youth Bible Study
Wednesdays, 6:30 PM
The Youth meet every Wednesday for a Bible Study in the Youth Room.
